In 2011, our Singing Department will be under the guidance of Miss Danika Saal and students will have the option of taking classes in Musical Theatre &/or Contemporary. We feel certain that you will all have a great year working on auditions for several Major Musicals which are coming up in Australia over the next 2 years, including Mary Poppins, Legally Blonde & Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang, as well as Performance work and our 2011 Annual Performances. Our students have many opportunities to perform and compete and have already started winning awards which we feel certain will continue under our Teachers expert tuition. Miss Danika Saal is available for private Vocal Tuition for those students who wish to spend further time on developing their voices. It is highly recommended that ALL singing students also enrol in a Music Theory class as this is the area that really assists students when taking auditions for shows. Our students are able to take Music Theory exams with AMEB and these exams are recognised by Education Qld.
